May 4, 2013 // Hi everyone, as you know from my last newsletter (http://ow.ly/kvztG) we are in the middle of a Tri-eclipse portal which spans April 25 – May 25, 2013. The bookend eclipses are minor lunar eclipses which serve as subtle doorways in and out of the portal.  But the central eclipse – coming up this Thursday and Friday May 9 and 10 – is an Annular Solar Eclipse and is very powerful both in its visual quality and its effects. 
Ring of Fire
In a Total Solar Eclipse, the moon blots out the sun completely. An Annular Solar Eclipse is similar to a Total Eclipse, but the Moon is further away from the Earth so the disk of the Moon isn't quite big enough to fully cover the disk of the Sun. This creates the mesmerizing "Ring of Fire" effect, a sight sought by eclipse chasers the world over: a dark Moon completely surrounded by the brilliant light of the distant Sun.
Those in Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands will be able to see the coveted Ring of Fire during this eclipse. In it's totality, the moon will obscure 95% of the sun's disk. A partial eclipse will be seen in a much broader path, which includes Australia, Indonesia, Oceania and much of the central Pacific Ocean.

The city of Hilo will see a 36% obscuration. The partial eclipse in Hilo begins at 2:27pm local time with maximum occurring at 3:53pm. The eclipse will end at 5:05pm for the people living in Hilo.
The Ring of Fire looks like a portal to another realm. It looks like a hoop that you could jump through. The energetic qualities of this (or any) eclipse show where opportunities for initiation into higher consciousness and deeper compassion might occur. We will explore the nature of our opportunities in this newsletter.
The closing eclipse in this Tri-eclipse portal is on May 25, 2013. Although completely indiscernible to the naked eye, it is juiced up by the power of the 3rd historic Uranus-Pluto square which occurs on May 20. There will be more info on this event in a forthcoming newsletter. Suffice it to say, May is an intense month!
Note: this newsletter is reallllly long. Normally I would divide it in several parts, but I don't have the energy/time to do that right now. I've been working on the content of this newsletter for some time and just decided to send it in it's entirety in one fell swoop, due to time sensitivity. I.e. this is a very, very powerful eclipse and I want to get the info out to as many people as possible before the event. Due to it's length, this newsletter will most likely be easier to digest if you print it out- if you are so inclined you can do that. If you want to skim it, notice that I've made some suggestions for possible meditation focus in various areas that are beneficial no matter where you are on the day of the eclipse.

I do love a good, synchronous faery wink, along with layers and layers of intertwining messages. A blog reader alerted me regarding yesterday's post:
"Just curious if you knew that Michael Pilarski from the dandelion video [you posted] is the head of the International Fairy Congress. He started the Fairy festival in Twisp, WA years back. Perhaps your yard Fairy's were encouraging you via Michael If I'm way off base here and being intrusive, forgive me, I felt compelled to share this info. Micheal is interviewed at the 1:50 mark":

No intrusion! I am smiling and giggling, especially given yesterday's message: "Pay attention, Laura…we don't give you and your sister a simultaneous double-whammy message to remain open-minded and then just drop the ball. Seriously, girl … we use it all. 'Can you hear me now?'"

Beloved Ones,
Throughout the cosmos, alignments are taking place which have been anticipated for several thousands of years. These are opening up greater access to the knowledge held within each soul, for each of you hold a vast store of knowledge through many ages that have come and gone. It is a time for spending in stillness and a state of listening within as your world is reconnected to the rest of the galaxy – an event which heralds the understanding that humanity is not alone in the endless sea of other stars, planets and worlds. This means that the Earth is entering a new position in the heavens and that it is a new beginning for all.
The Earth is expanding and shifting as she adjusts to her new place in the heavens and this can bring some shifts for those who are her inhabitants. As human hearts open wider and the changes take place both within and without, the sense of unity and oneness will be felt by all who are here during these times for now it will be seen that the Earth and humanity are a unique and vital part of a much greater community of life than ever before imagined. There will be a growing excitement taking place as this awareness comes to full ripening. It behooves all of humanity to look around and become more observant.
The shifting energies as they come in and create openings to vast amounts of ancient knowledge about your planet will help to awaken humanity in vast numbers. It is time to look to the skies with a keen eye, to look at the signs that are all around you that herald the old world system is crumbling and those who have been in control are desperately trying to keep the world population in a state of fear, hopelessness and apathy. Every such effort by these ones is met with a growing awareness by the Earth's peoples that all that was hidden is being hidden no more. This is, as we stated many times before, a new dimension or vibration that no longer supports such activity.
As you, our most courageous ones, firmly hold to the vision of a greater reality where all are equal in their potential to grow and expand, many miraculous signs and portents come to awareness. By holding and anchoring your Light during these times, your loving service to the Divine Plan is noted and recorded. Many of you have been initiated into cosmic and galactic service and this will come to your awareness in greater comprehension as the weeks and months fly by. The sense of linear time is shifting and there are cycles in effect that will shift perceptions which can be confusing. There are many adjustments being made as your human operating systems recalibrate to accommodate the higher frequencies.
Spend as much of your daily lives in the outdoors as is possible for you, drink plenty of clean water to hydrate your physical bodies and to facilitate the recalibration that is taking place within them. As much as possible, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, for these have a greater life force in them that will assist in keeping your physical vehicle in greater attunement to the higher frequencies as they continue to permeate your atmosphere. Be in peace, Dear Ones, and know that you are loved beyond measure.
