Greetings from Galactic Heart….
How are we all coping with the Light energies flooding our planet? This past week was a doozie for me and Shel. We found that we had to lay down to sleep many times during the day….even if only for 15 minutes. If we didn't and tried to force ourselves to stay up "doing" something, we found ourselves so dizzy and disoriented that we had no choice but to go horizontal.

I asked Ms Supa (our Arcturian Light Body specialist~GF med team) if there was anything we could do to help us cope with the acceleration of frequencies. She reminded us to supplement our electrolytes (lemon water or sea salt in water are good for this). After all, we are electromagnetic Beings and integrating the influx of vibrational patterns uses up our electrolytes.

Here are Ms Supa's recommendations:
  • Drink plenty of water (remember to put Loving words on your water bottle)
  • Increase electrolytes
  • Spend time in nature (more important than one may think)
  • Eat bananas
  • Listen to your Spiritual and Galactic guides
  • Increase vitamin Bs because the increase in frequencies stresses your nervous systems
  • Meditate daily…..even short meditations are helpful
The more we know about how our bodies are transforming into 5th dimensional Beings of Light, the more graceful the ride. Check out Sheldan's webinar download for detailed information: Battling Dimensional Fatigue. The more you know, the better you do!
Selamat Ja!

GO BANANAS
r792543_6908008
You'll never look at a banana the same way again after discovering the many health benefits and reasons to add them to your diet. Bananas are high in fiber and three natural sugars — glucose, sucrose and fructose — giving them almost magical powers to provide a huge energy boost. Bananas combat depression, make you smarter, cure hangovers, relieve morning sickness, protect against kidney cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis and blindness. They can cure the itch of a mosquito bite and put a great shine on your shoes. If you think bananas are just for monkeys, think again.
Nerves: Bananas are high in B vitamins that have been shows to improve nerve function
Reducing Depression: Bananas contain tryptophan, an aminoacid that can be converted to serotonin, leading to improved mood
Stress Relief: Bananas are high in potassium, which helps normalize the hearthbeat and regulate the body's water balance. During periods of high stress, our body's potassium levels tend to be rapidly depleted: eating bananas is a healthy way to rebalance them without using drugs
Anemia: Bananas are relatively high in iron, which helps the body's hemoglobin function
Blood Pressure: Bananas are extremely high in potassium (about 4673mg), yet very low in sodium (1mg), thus having a perfect ratio for preventing high blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for
the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke
Constipation and Diarrhea: Due to their content in fiber, they help restore a normal bowel function. In addition, diarrhea usually depletes your body of important electrolytes (of which the most important is potassium, contained in high amounts in bananas). They also contain
pectin, a soluble fiber (hydrocolloid) that can help normalize movement through the digestive tract
Eyesight Protection: Research published in the Archives of Ophthalmology has proven that adults consuming at least 3 servings of fruit per day have a reduced risk (by 36%) of developing age-related macular degeneration (ARMD), the primary cause of vision loss in older adults, compared to persons who consume less than 1.5 servings of fruit daily
Healthy Bones: Bananas are an exceptionally rich source of fructooligosaccharide, a compound that nourishes probiotic (friendly) bacteria in the colon. These beneficial bacteria produce enzymes that increase our digestive ability and protect us from unhealthy bacteria infections. Thanks to fructooligosaccharides, probiotic bacteria can increase both in number and functionality, increasing our body's ability to absorb calcium.
In addition, green bananas contain indigestible short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) that are very nutrient to the cells that make up the mucosa of the stomach. These cells, when
healthy, absorb calcium much more efficiently
Healthy Kidney: Among the fruits, bananas were especially protective for your kidneys. Women eating bananas four to six times a week halved their risk of developing the disease compared to those who did not eat this fruit. The conclusion of the study is that frequent consumption of fruits and vegetables, especially bananas, cabbage and root vegetables, may reduce risk of
kidney cancer. This is because bananas and many root vegetables contain especially high amounts of antioxidant phenolic compounds, while cabbage is rich in sulfur, necessary for effective detoxification of potential carcinogens
Heartburn: Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief
Morning Sickness: Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood-sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness
Smoking: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. They contain vitamins B6 and B12 they contain, as well as potassium and magnesium: these substances help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal
Ulcers: This is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicle cases. It also helps reduce acidity and reduces irritation. Bananas stimulate the cells on the internal stomach lining to produce a thicker mucus (which protects against acid).
Additionally, bananas contain protease inhibitors that help eliminate bacteria in the stomach that have been pinpointed as a primary cause of ulcers
Mosquito Bites: Many people report that rubbing the inside of a banana peel on a mosquito bite is very effective in reducing itching and swelling
Stroke Risk: According to a study in The New England Journal of Medicine, eating bananas as part of a regular diet can reduce the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%

Banana Bread Art – A Recipe Reworked for Health

by Kate Zamarchi - Artist/Naturalist

Home made banana bread has been a family standard to make in our home.  I have made it nearly a gazillion times over the years with the bananas that go brown.  It is good right out of the oven, it is good cool, and it is good toasted.  It is just tastes plain great!  But with all my reading on eating healthy, a few things have bothered me about my recipe...mainly the oil, sugar and the flour.  So I began some research, reworked the ingredients and made a new recipe.  It has passed inspection by my husband on the taste and texture.  Success!!!!  So I share it with you....Banana Bread Art!

Old Banana Bread Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mash the banana in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs, honey and oil - mix well. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.  Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture.  Blend well and stir in the nuts.  Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.  Bake at 325 degrees fahrenheit for 50-60 minutes until tester comes out clean. Yummy right out of the oven or toasted later!

Why the changes?

Eggs - when I was a child we lived on a farm with chickens.  There is nothing like a fresh egg!  Buying the cheapest eggs in the grocery store, I feel is not in anyone's best health interest. Many people don't have access to farm eggs (I don't even buy farm eggs on a regular basis).  But there are decent options in the grocery store.  Things to consider with eggs - what are the chickens fed?  how do the chickens live?  How old are the eggs?  What do you really want to eat? Read about buying the best eggs

Sugar - There have been a ton of artificial sweeteners added to the market over the years. Personally, no matter what they tout in the advertisements - these chemicals are bad for our bodies. Now there is sugar - the natural choice? Not fully - read about it for yourself to make your own decision: how it is processed and refined . I decided to utilize honey in my banana bread recipe.  But you have to be careful with your honey too!  Bees make the honey, right? - it is not processed, right? Well, be careful what you buy.  Read more...

Baking with Honey
You can substitute honey for sugar in most baking recipes, but be sure to take the following steps:
Use 1/2 – 3/4 cup of honey for each one cup of sugar in the recipe.
Reduce the liquid by 1/4 cup for each cup of sugar replaced.
Reduce cooking temp by 25 degrees (honey will make your baked goods brown more easily).
If the recipe doesn't already include baking soda, add 1/4 tsp for each cup of sugar replaced.

Oil - Some oils are good, some not so good. Primarily when I cook - I use an olive oil.  But olive oil in baked goods doesn't taste so great.  So, I chose coconut oil for the health benefits as well as the taste in a baked good.

Nuts - organic nuts might be difficult to find in the store.  But, you can get them online at nuts.com.  Why organic - read the list of pesticides used on them.

Flour - Soft white whole wheat is ideal for baking cakes, cookies, pastries and pie crusts. Its lower protein and gluten content make for a light flour and tender baked goods. White whole wheat has all the whole grain nutrition you'd expect without the somewhat bitter taste and darker color of common red whole wheat. White whole wheat is a great way to "sneak" more nutrition into your  diet. Its lighter color and milder flavor make whole white wheat more appealing to many people accustomed to the taste of refined flour. This is WHOLE wheat  - containing bran, germ and endosperm.

Baking Powder and Soda - use only without aluminum!  Aluminum is bad for the brain.

Many of us don't think we have time to know each and every ingredient we ingest. It is frustrating to read about 'this and that being bad' and even worse reading something is good only to find out later it really isn't.   Having the 'perfect' diet is most likely impossible today.  But, we can try and we should!  Do the best you can - make replacements slowly.  Understand 'WHY' you are making the change.  Don't just take someones word for it.

Make it easier on yourself - eat simple whole foods - MOST of the time.  Indulge once in a while as a treat - not as a standard diet.  "You are what you eat." - eat HEALTH.

"The doctor of the future will no longer treat the human frame with drugs, but rather will cure and prevent disease with nutrition." ~ Thomas Edison

You can be your own doctor when it comes to your nutrition!

Hope you try and enjoy the Art of Banana Bread ;-)
