The Healing Power of Poetry

Preface of me
I am like all of you, the 99,9% of all common peopleand therefore nothing outstanding in any way, still what you call and count among the ordinary people with my very special individual share of life and belief like all of you.
Being as ordinary like all of us 99,9% this is why my own words coming from my inner core do not always suffice to present you with the necessary spiritual support needed - however my wish to be of assistance to all my brethren and sisters on an alike path for spiritual gain and inner growing light remains with me all the time.
With these my wishes and being aware that I myself am very often in most need of support for this my spiritual route once selected deliberately and consciously, I am making my browse through the internet in search of other likewise common people like myself with alike issues.
Some days ago I found a blog which was in such a great resonance to my heart that I subscribed to the weekly newsletter of it. It's name is :http://DailyGood.org -  and it was today that I was sent such a nice story the title of which I have placed here also.
It may be easily understood and also display its gift and spiritual richness to all who are still riding the fence and being a bit anxious about all he spiritual challenges which they may have to face once they climb down the fence and join us all who are walking along the path of ascension.
This is one of the easy ways which may be offered to open doors to some different inner realm so completely new to so many humans. However it will be worthwhile reading this story as it is an easy read!
So here we go:

The Medicine of Poetry

By:

  • Kim Rosen

Issue:

  • 2012 July-August
"I never could connect with poetry," Jan said. "I'm a math teacher!" She was sitting on my living room couch surrounded by piles of poetry books. On the coffee table was a stack of cards, each with a different poem on it. Even some of the art on the wall had hand-calligraphed verses among the colors.
In spite of my current passion for the power of poetry, I could totally relate to Jan's words. For many years, I was actually afraid of poetry. I felt as though it was the secret language of an elitist club that I had not been invited to join. Though I loved poetry as a child, the harsh and overly analytical way it was taught in my high school had intimidated me. Suddenly my magical world of words and feeling had turned into "iambic pentameters," "dactylic tetrameters," "rhyme schemes" and "lineation."  I decided then that poetry was not for me after all.
Jan's glance fell on a stack of Mary Oliver's books, and tears came to her eyes. "A few years ago, when I started teaching at my current job, the first friend I made was Rita, an English teacher and a poet. I confessed to her my inability to understand poetry. With a knowing look in her eye, she said, 'Don't worry, I'll take care of that!'
"A few months later," Jan continued, "Rita presented me with a beautifully decorated box for my 46th birthday. Inside were dozens of envelopes, each holding a handwritten poem. And there was an instruction sheet: Each morning, as soon as you wake, take one of these envelopes to a quiet place with a window onto nature, or a beautiful plant, or a candle. Sit comfortably and read the poem aloud to yourself, preferably more than once.
That was a dark time in Jan's life: for more than a year, she had been struggling with a chronic illness. Her unlimited energy seemed to have drained away, leaving her perpetually pale and tired. Once she loved to ride her mountain bike every day on the trails near her house; now she could barely make it home from teaching to collapse into bed. Though she had turned to doctors, therapists, and alternative health practitioners, no one seemed to be able to provide her with answers or relief.
"I figured I might as well follow Rita's advice," Jan told me with a shrug. "Nothing else seemed to be helping."
The morning after her birthday she awoke with the same relentless exhaustion in her chest. Where would she find the energy to face this day? As she dragged herself out of bed, she saw the box of poems on the bedside table. Reluctantly she pulled the first poem out of its envelope and sat by the window. She felt a bit silly reading out loud with no one but her cat within earshot, but she followed Rita's directions.
It was a poem called "The Summer Day" by Mary Oliver. Much of the first stanza was about a grasshopper. The description of the creature's "complicated eyes" and "pale forearms" was lovely, but Jan didn't see what it had to do with her. A few lines later, though, she caught her breath. "I don't know exactly what a prayer is," she heard her own voice say.  Suddenly she was awake, listening. The next lines of the poem spoke directly to her―addressing a conversation that ran constantly below the surface of her life, but which she had never spoken out loud: How do I pray when I am not religious? How did my life become so meaningless? What do I hold sacred anyway? The final lines left her heart pounding: "Tell me, what is it you plan to do / with your one wild and precious life?"
Every morning after that, without fail, the poem of the day connected her with herself in a way she'd never experienced. Rita had chosen the exact poems that would unlock Jan's heart. Often Jan was brought to tears by a phrase from Mary Oliver, or Naomi Shihab Nye, or Hafiz. "You will love again the stranger who was yourself," Derek Walcott assured her. Or, "The hurt you embrace /
becomes joy," Rumi would advise. With the opening of each envelope, Jan fell deeper in love with poetry.
I found myself nodding as she spoke. I, too, had inadvertently rediscovered the healing power of poetry during a difficult passage in my life. In 1994 I was in the midst of a suicidal depression. At the time I was a therapist and teacher of self-transformation, but none of the spiritual or psychological wisdom I'd learned could touch the place within me that felt so broken.
When I'm depressed, I clean. The darker the struggle, the cleaner my house. One day I was scrubbing under a radiator and found an unmarked cassette tape covered with cat hair and dust. I wiped it off, put it in the player, and started in on the dishes. A man's voice speaking poetry filled my house. These were poems unlike any I had encountered in high school or college; they were what I now call "poems of the inner life." Many were the same as those Jan found in her friend's hand-hewn treasure box. The sound of the speaker's voice and the words of the poems reached into a place inside me that had felt utterly untouchable. I put down my sponge and wept.
A bit of sleuthing revealed that the tape had fallen out of a client's purse. She told me the speaker was David Whyte, a poet who recites by heart to inspire creativity and insight in groups in all manner of settings, from boardrooms to monasteries.
I began to take poems into my life―not simply reading them and turning the page, but developing rich relationships with the ones I loved most. I learned many by heart, I carried some with me in my purse, I taped some to my computer screen and refrigerator. I rarely left the house without a poem in my pocket. I printed some of my favorites on small cards and used them like a divination deck. They became my "angel cards," my therapy, my medicine, my prayers.
Those poems not only infused me with their wisdom, but they actually brought vibrancy to my body. How, you might ask, can a poem have a physical effect? As the poet Emily Dickinson says, "If I read a book and it makes my whole body so cold no fire can ever warm me, I know that is poetry.  If I feel physically as if the top of my head has been taken off, I know that is poetry!" Like a shaman's drum or a Sanskrit chant, the rhythm of a poem entrains your heartbeat, the phrasing changes your breathing, and the sounds resonate within the crystalline structures in your bones and fascia. Many years later I came to understand this as the poem's "shamanic anatomy": current scientific research shows that your brainwaves, breathing and pulse literally change when you give voice to a poem, opening your mind beyond ordinary thinking. The physical elements of the poem literally create the biochemical circumstances for healing and insight.
I became fascinated with poetry, not primarily as a literary art, but instead as a powerful healing medicine to unlock the richness of the inner life.
Then, in the fall of 2008, poetry rescued me in a way I never expected. In October, I invested all my savings in a small, local fund. Two months later, a friend who was also an investor in the fund left me a message: "Bernard Madoff was arrested today. The fund was a fraud. We've lost everything."
I stood there, not breathing, clutching the phone as the automated voice repeated "To replay this message, press one." I was paralyzed with shock.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, I heard these words in my mind:
Before you know what kindness really is
you must lose things.
I shook my head in disbelief. It was a poem by Naomi Shihab Nye called "Kindness." Though I'd heard it before, I had never really been drawn to it.  And I certainly didn't know it was in my memory! Nevertheless, the next lines unfurled in my mind like a karaoke crib sheet:
Feel the future dissolve in a moment
like salt in a weakened broth.
Of course there were suddenly a thousand things I needed to do ― contact my lawyer and my accountant, figure out how I was going to pay the bills I'd accrued when I thought I had money, not to mention pay for rent, food, health insurance―but all I could think of was Googling "Kindness"!
I needed help, and this poem was the only voice speaking to me. So I found it on the web, printed it out, and sat down on the floor to read aloud.
What you held in your hand,
what you counted and carefully saved,
all this must go . . .
It felt like the poem had been written for me personally, for this exact moment. It was like having the perfect helper arrive on the scene at the instant of  an accident.
"Kindness" became my prayer. I read it before going to bed, and at breakfast every morning. It reminded me that this was not a tragedy, but a path to compassion, and I was not walking alone. Eventually I knew the poem by heart and could speak it aloud to myself, and to other people who were grateful to hear its wisdom.
I've never been a religious person, but after that experience I think I understand why Muslims pray to Allah five times a day or Orthodox Jews face East and wrap the Tefillin. Even now, I reach for "Kindness" several times a week to carry me into the heart of what really matters to me.
I invite you to explore the healing power of poetry, too. Here are a few ideas about how to make this powerful art your ally:
1. Fall in love with a poem. I realize this might be quite a challenge for those who, like me, have turned away from poetry, or never connected with it in the first place. So here are some hints on finding a poem to befriend. Perhaps you and I are similar, and the poems I love will also speak to you. In the back of my book Saved by a Poem: The Transformative Power of Words there is a list of 50 of my favorite poems. There are also several wonderful anthologies listed in the resource section. Perhaps you heard a poem that touched you at a wedding or a funeral. Hunt it down. The Poetry Foundation website has a "Poetry Tool" that will help you find poems on any theme. The Poetry Chaikhana gathers ancient and modern spiritual poetry from all over the world.
2. Read your poem aloud. I cannot overemphasize the importance of giving voice to poetry, whether or not anyone is listening. A poem is made of more than words on a page: it is breath, sound, rhythm. Most poems offer their full magic only when wedded with a human voice.
3. Once you begin to find the poems you love, keep a journal of them in the order they came into your life.
4. Write your favorite lines on cards. Use these "poem cards" as an inspirational tool: read one each evening as a prayer before sleeping, or use them as a divination deck when you face a difficult question in your life.
5. Hold a poetry salon at your home. Invite everyone to bring a favorite poem to read aloud and a favorite edible delicacy to share.
Poetry is a doorway to passion, peace, and wholeness that is right in our midst. It is free and available to everyone all the time. I invite you to step over the threshold of a poem into the wonder of your own self.

The Valley in Crystal Golden Mountains

It was in 1993 at a some very cruxial point of my life ---when one special lap of the race of my life had ended and I was in the still gap of the break-off ... licking my wounds and hurts and trying to overcome the period of first shocks - living from one day to the other.

It was Summer and in my annual holidays having been on my special retreat in a Camping-Trailer on the brink of some little green wilderness with such  beautiful beechtrees which I could embrace whenever I felt like ...and I did ...so many evenings I sat there besides them and let go of my hurt feelings and mournings.

And I was given so much help amid this beloved small enclave of mine in which I sensed myself as only another being and creature closely linked to Mother Earth.

I did some special oilpainting over the day - a copy of some illustrious German painter which was a commissioned job - and this was done in a most meditative way in utter stillness ....
And then there was a night when I dreamed a dream - I never forgot - at that time I knew that were some so-called "Great Dreams" given to human beings which at that time anyhow were described as very seldom and rare events in human life !

My Dream or what it was:
There I was with many others on some sort of fleeing from some dark and pressing Danger in an old part of a town which was grey and black with houses appearently being abandoned and all of us were running and trying to get on a train or some sort of streetcar... crowding on it like fleas on some plumtart .... It was a real nightmare - since this I had experienced in the end of WorldWar II in true life - and in this very dream I just took to it as it was a commonly known experience of my ... I just thought: "Again?" - I know I am dreaming but what now again ? ....

Skip this picture !

Suddenly I was standing on a steep hill overlooking some greater valley all surrounded by some steep mountains. Somebody was at my side - I did not turn to look at this Being - I knew it was someone divine  - at that time I thought it was God or certainly at least an Angel- as I consciously knew I was in a dream and I did not have to look at God or Angel  - fearing all could vanish before my eyes - it was my deep respect and honoring His Presence - something told me not to take a serious look on him - it was just not done not at all at this precise moment - but we talked ( telepathic) and I felt this all-embracing love coming from him to me.
I looked into the valley and saw it was in full Shine ... didn't know whether from sunshine or an inner glow.

It was all Golden-Yellow and the mountains surrounding this valley were of Shining Gold-Yellow ! I was stunned with awe and there was a great joy and delight pervading myself and my heart! I saw and watched and it took my breath away ! To me it seemed as there was a jubilee singing around in this Valley of Gold !

The mountains so shining did not appear to be out of plain gold which is of some harsh and solid constituent but they were as if out of some transparent material - a bit like of glass - that is what I thought then.

Now I know these were Crystal Shining Gold Mountains ... and I remember holding my breath as if I had to drink something so beautiful into my whole body and myself and to hold it there for keepsake.

I knew there was an urge from that "Divine Being" at my side to leave this place as it was not the real and exact time to step down into this Golden Area.
I begged for some more time to stay and said that I wanted to inhale this "Golden Shining Sight" in order to never forget it all my life from then onward.

Then I saw another valley joining like an arm or extension of this one below me and there was a road on which many many people were working and retrieving from the golden mountains the material to produce building bricks from it ..... There was such a hustling and zealous bustling there and all along a road with apple-trees in this Crystal Golden Area....

This is all I was allowed to perceive ....and the very next I found myself on some Fair with stalls and carousels coarsely and vividly painted on their fronts only - just what it is ordinary on a fair where masses of people enjoy themselves....

Yes - this is what I thought "our life is like this now" - and all in my so-called dream - we try to enjoy ourselves among shabby stalles painted coarsely with trivial alike amusements ....

If I had not known better that somewhere else -  just a turn of the road away from here - a Golden Shining Crystal Valley was lieing in wait - only a brink away from these coarse entertainments -----
I never forgot this prescious dream which now I know was a soul-journey presented to me as a great gift into the approaching Golden Age.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This I wanted to share with you all here who are attracted by some alike vibration of myself to read my writings and thoughts.
And So Be it ... Blessings to all of you !
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Later I wrote some Verses on this Deep Experience when I was "out on a limb" but not recognizing it as such .....

I had a dream one night so far
and sheer delight fills me today
there was I standing on the brink
of some grey depth of town so dark
and saw a picture - which all my yearning stilled.

Golden-yellow hills steeping on my eyes
throwing out their transparenting golden shine
and fill my heart with awesome golden light!
They take my breath away and go into my Inner Self.

Aller Aufruhr und die Unruh dieses Lebens
entschwand in jenem Augenblick

All the turmoil and the unrest of my life
they vanished in that momentum click.
My eyes drank deep this beauty's ball
since I knew then: "this is what I behold
for my living rest!"

Kaum gibt es eine Sprache,
kein Wort vermag zu zeigen.
Es sangen tausend Geigen!
Mein Herz begann zu singen
und erhob mit allen Schwingen
sich auf mit heißem Dank!
Oh mein Gott, wie ist dies schön!
Ich vergess es nie -
mein Leben lang !

Rarely I can find a language,
no speech may show this pic!
When thousand violins were playing!
My heart with joy began its singing
and lifted up with all its wings with
loving thanks.
Oh My God - how is this so filled with beauty!
Which I never lose - forget in all my life !

tief in mein eig'nes inn'res Sein,
bin mir hier stets eingedenk,

I hid away this pic as golden shrine
deeply into my very being -
recalling it for me in all my time -
this is the light of my self divine.

This I bear now in all realms of life -
recalling it - there's light on me from far,
in ever-growing strength of "Give" anew.

Jetzt weiß ich auch so tief bewußt,
dies Hier ist nur der Vordergrung
in Liebe, Haß und Frust,
getarntes Licht in schweren Schwingen,

And now this is my knowledge deep and true
"Here"is only view in front with all its Passion, Hate
and not true --- it's
"Light in Camouflage with heavy wings afloat
and so easy to confuse us human beings -"
thereby, there is no end to our hearts so lovely singing...!
We are so much and more than we appear -
the sparkling light in us - it once will join us in the rear...

What is life in its true end?
The very mirror of myself and coarsely painted walls of stalls
on Fairs of Humans with so many trivials.

What Song Did the Plant Sing, Dear?

What a beautiful picture is being injected into our hearts and minds … plants are singing and their melodies are matching their colors ! ….

I cannot await the Nova Earth and the Golden Age of Gaia to hear and to listen to such miraculous melodies and see their joining to respective colours !!!

What Song Did the Plant Sing, Dear?

Posted by on March 24, 2013   /

Anyone who has studied the literature of the afterlife knows that on the higher planes, plants make music. Well, now, here in what may be the rising Fourth Dimension on an ascendent Earth, researchers are connecting with the music that plants play.  Here is a video in which plant researchers have hooked up electrodes to plants and coaxed from them the music they emanate. Thanks to D'Arcy
Monsignor Robert Hugh Benson reported on this phenomenon from the Astral Planes:
"There was [an] astonishing feature I noticed when I drew near to [the plants], and that was the sound of music that enveloped them, making such soft harmonies as corresponded exactly and perfectly with the gorgeous colors of the flowers themselves. … These musical sounds were in precise consonance with all that I had so far seen – which was very little – and that everywhere there was perfect harmony."  (1)
Just as here in the rapidly-dwindling Third Dimension, on the Fourth Dimension a rapport must be established between plant and human for them to pour out their song, Benson tells us.
"The flowers and all growing things respond immediately to those who love them and appreciate them. The music that they send out operates under precisely the same law. An attunement upon the part of the percipient, with that with which he comes into contact or relationship, is a prerequisite condition."  (2)
Mary Bosworth also reported from the Fourth Dimension that the trees as well as flowers sing to us.
"You are part of the tree, in tune with it; it feeds you and you respond to it in that you recognize it as a reflection of God's love as you are a reflection of God's love. It emits a sound like a beautiful tiny bell, again quite impossible to describe, but you hear it within yourself and respond spiritually. The flowers can dance and sing in their own particular way. … Everything gives you of itself in a conscious overwhelming generosity of joy and you reciprocate, sharing everything around you with this giving and taking." (3)
Now we here in the rapidly-passing Third Dimension are also able to hear the music of the plants.

Why you should keep fruit-peels - Re-blogged from "Waking Times"

Karen Foster, Prevent Disease
Waking Times

The peels of fruits hold some of the most incredible nutrients in the world. There are dozens of uses, both medicinal and practical, for orange and banana peels that are unknown to most. Next time you think about throwing away one of these peels, you may want to have this information handy.

ORANGE PEELS

Flickr - Orange Peel - fdecomiteAlways try and minimize your pesticide levels by selecting organic oranges, but since they're very low in the pesticides, it's not essential and a good cleaning with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of none vinegar in 1 cup of water will remove almost any pesticide remaining within the outer peel.
Orange peel and apple skin are similar since most of the nutrients and benefits are in the skin of these fruits. According to Rebecca Wood, author of The New Whole Foods Encyclopedia, "One medium orange contains over 60 flavonoids and 170 different phytonutrients." They are good for your skin, your system and your home too. Dr. Jaishree Bhattacharjee, Ayurvedic consultant with Satvikshop helps us find out it's different uses.

Medicinal Properties of Orange Peels

As per Ayurveda, orange peel is tikta (bitter) and it improves digestion and removes sluggishness in the abdomen. It helps to remove gas, heartburn, vomiting and acidic eructation. It works well in perking up appetite and relieving nausea.
Due to its pacifying properties, orange peel powder helps dissolving phlegm in respiratory systems and alleviate cough, asthama etc.
Beneficiary aspects of orange peels come from its essential oils, which have anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. Essential oil d-limonene has ability to defuse stomach acids and maintain normal intestinal movements. It also promotes normal liver function.
Studies have shown that orange peel can dissolve cholesterol and triglyceride. That means consumption of orange peel can benefit obese persons who have high cholesterol levels. It has a flavonoid known as hesperidine, which is said to be effective against colon cancer and osteoporosis.

Essential oils from orange peels are sedative in nature so can be used to calm nerves and induce sleep. Use orange peels in baths or simmer in a pot for uplifting your mood and drive away insomnia.

Beauty Properties of Orange Peels
Oily skin responds well to application of orange peels. It balances the skin oils and makes skin smooth and soft.
Dried orange peel beads act as natural exfoliators and remove dead cells and blackheads gently and naturally, bringing a glow to the skin.
Orange peels help in removing dark spots and blemishes.
Due to its cleansing, anti inflammatory, anti bacterial and antifungal properties, it works well against pus filled pimples and acne.
To remove damp or musky odor from house and fill it with beautiful fragrance, it can be boiled in water with clove or cinnamon.

Orange Peels in Cooking

In cooking, orange zest enhances the taste and flavour of many dishes.
Dried orange peels can absorb humidity from brown sugar
Sweet candies made with orange peel can tickle your taste buds and improve your appetite and the vitamin c in them would protect you from the onset of many ailment

BANANA PEELS

Again, as with oranges try and make sure you use organic banana peels to reduce pesticide levels, otherwise the natural organic wash mentioned above will suffice.
Banana peels are chock-a-block with antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins, so they're a natural cure for many an ailment and an aid for cell regeneration. Here are just a few uses:

Water Filtration

Research has demonstrated they have a capacity to absorb lead and copper from river water.

Bug Bites
Rub a banana peel on bug bites to soothe the skin and reduce itching.

Bruises
With restorative properties, banana peel can speed up the healing of bruises.

Teeth Nonening
It's said that if you rub banana peel on your teeth for a couple of minutes every day, your teeth could be noticeably noner in a few weeks.

Warts
Not only do banana peels help eliminate warts, but they prevent their return. Simply tape (or otherwise fasten) a piece of banana peel to the wart overnight for about a week. Alternately, you can just rub the banana peel on the affected area daily. This even works for plantar warts (on the sole of the foot).

Scrapes and Scratches
Rubbing banana peel on boo-boos can help promote healing.

Splinters
Among the more bizarre applications for banana peels is the removal of splinters. The enzymes actually help dislodge the splinter and start the healing process when you tape a piece of the peel over a splinter.

Acne
Banana peel will soothe the inflammation and irritation of acne and reduce outbreaks. Rub the peel over the acne (face or body) every night. Improvements should be apparent within a few days.

Psoriasis
Once or twice daily, rub a banana peel on a psoriasis-affected area. Bananas have all the properties to moisturize, reduce itchiness, and heal psoriasis providing noticeable differences in as little as a few days.

Rashes and Itches
Got poison ivy? Banana peel is good for relieving the itch. Rub the peel over the rash twice daily until it is gone.

Headaches
Next time you're at a friend's house, ask for a banana, peel it, discard the banana, and hold the banana peel across your forehead as a headache cure. Watch for their reaction; your friend may have lost faith in your sanity, but you also might not have a headache any more.

Wrinkles
Given the overall restorative and healing properties of banana peel, it is said that regularly applying banana peel to your forehead and cheeks can tighten the skin and reduce wrinkles.

Household
The theme in household applications for banana peels is polishing. After removing the stringy bits from the peel, rub away and watch the shine.

Shoe Polish
Rub the banana peel on your (leather) shoes, then buff them up with a soft cloth.

Leather Polish
Leather jackets and furniture could benefit from those peels. Please test a small area first before tackling your sofa with a banana peel and buffing it with a soft cloth.

Silver Polish
The application is the same as above: rub and buff.

ღ Aloha Ke Akua

Nahko Bear (Medicine for the People) ღ Aloha Ke Akua

Lyrics:

Lend your ears, lend your hands,
Lend your movement, anything you can.
Come to teach, come to be taught.
Come in the likeness in the image of God.
Cause, you can be like that.
With all that humbleness, and all that respect.

All of the power invested in me,
be it hard to love my enemies.
All of the black bags over the heads of the dead and dying.

The more I understand about the human race,
the less I comprehend about our purpose and place
and maybe if there was a clearer line
the curiosity would satisfy.

Time based prophecies that kept me from living,
in the moment I am struggling
to trust the divinity of all the gods
and what the hell they have planned for us.

I cry for the creatures who get left behind
but everything will change in a blink of an eye
and if you wish to survive,
you will find the guide inside.

I go back and forth every single day,
the clarity that comes to me in a choppy way,
as the feelings and the places
and the seasons change,
the galaxies remain.

Energy fields cone the body in space.
The angels that are coming from a spiritual waste.
The hate that gets me distant from my spiritual pace.
Ten fold the manna when the planets are in place, in polar alignment.
We're on assignment.
Bodies on consignment.
Return them to the circus.

And what is the purpose?
What is the purpose and would you believe it?
Would you believe it
if you knew what you were for
and how you became so informed?

Bodies of info performing such miracles.
I am a miracle made up of particles
and in this existence,
I'll stay persistent,
and I'll make a difference
and I will have lived it.

Aloha, Aloha Ke Akua, Ke Akua,

Aloha, Aloha Ke Akua, Ke Akua,

Each day that I wake,
I will praise, I will praise.
Each day that I wake,
I give thanks, I give thanks.
Each day that I wake,
I will praise, I will praise.
Each day that I wake,
I give thanks, I give thanks.

And the day that I don't wake up
and transcend the holy make-up,
I am capable, I am powerful.
And the day that I don't wake up
and transcend the holy makeup,
I am on my way to a different place....

I'm not a leader, just a creature,
seeking the features of a teacher.
Whether you follow or whether you lead
All mysterious ways of nature and I'm into it.
Changing management.

And there are various ways to conquer this monotonous metropolis,
my stubbornness is bottomless,
my fearlessness is talking shit
and I'm wide awake and I'm taking names.

Do you speak to me like you speak to God?
All of the love and understanding between the father and the son?
Do you believe in the perfectness of where you are?
These are my people, these are my children,
this is the land that I would fight for.

My solidarity is telling me to patiently
be moving the musical medicine around the planet in a hurry,
Cuz there's no time to waste.
Got to wake up the people time to stand up and say,
we know what we are for
and how we became so informed.
Bodies of info, performing such miracles.

Heilung in allen Zeitaltern

http://auras-colours-numbers.blogspot.com/p/ao-ser-convidadapara-escrever-algo.html

Heiler Lassa-Togo

Alles, was sie tun,
